TWO of the country’s most popular book illustrators delighted fans by giving a talk at a Bradford art gallery.
Mick Manning and Brita Granström currently have work on display as part of an exhibition at Bradford College’s Dye House Gallery.
The Pick and Mix exhibition brings together work from 20 artists, all inspired by the college’s extensive fabric archive.
On Saturday, the college opened the gallery for a rare weekend event, with several of the artists who contributed taking part in workshops.
Mr Manning studied at the college and he and his partner returned to talk about their experiences in the illustration industry.
Helen Farrar, curator of the Arts Council-funded exhibition, said: “It was absolutely fantastic, the place was buzzing and the workshops went well.
The exhibition runs until Wednesday, February 18.
