SIR - Thankyou Messrs Pickup and Watson, (T&A letters, April 10 and 11), for echoing the thoughts of we, the normally silent majority.
To the editor: Please give Mr Durkin a page of his own. That way, your normal readers of many years can ignore that page and turn to a more representative page 11.
I never thought it possible but Colin has actually outdrivelled the two Johns!
His creative accounting has added a new superlative to Mr Disraeli’s thoughts on: Lies, Damn lies and Statistics.
