An award-winning estate agency is expecting a lettings boom after launching a new service to help buy-to-let property investors.
Dacre, Son & Hartley has launched its “back to bricks and mortar” initiative to help investors switch to property from stocks and shares which have slumped in the recession.
It offers a selected range of buy-to-let properties. Dacres will also provide advice on finance, letting and managing property as well as guidance on estimated rental levels and help with tenant reference and credit checks.
Director David Phillip said: “This new specialist service will help investors take advantage of the many excellent value for money properties on the market and the cheaper interest rates available, especially for those with larger deposits.”
