AN EXPANDING Bradford-based renewable energy company has completed a corporate restructure in readiness for future growth.
Sakhara Ltd, which has boosted its multi-million pound turnover by 60 per cent this year, expects to recruit another 20 staff in 2015.
The business, launched in 2006, has formed two subsidiary companies as well as Sakhara Holdings Ltd.
Managing director Shahid Iqbal was advised on the restructure by Duncan Firman from Bradford and Leeds law firm Gordons and Tim Parr, accountant at Baker Tilly.
Mr Iqbal said: “I’m very proud of the growth that Sakhara has been able to achieve in a relatively short period of time.
“This restructure will help Sakhara to maintain this momentum and I am grateful for the advice and support I received from Baker Tilly and Gordons.”
Tim Parr, said: “The senior management team has developed Sakhara into a solid business with impressive growth.
