Well, it was exercise!

I went paintballing on Saturday.

All that diving into muddy trenches and running up hills to capture flags was more than enough exercise for one weekend I reckon.

Might have had a couple of drinks afterwards though to cancel out all my hard work. Oh well.

Must get in a couple of actual runs before I go off on holiday next week.
