HELLIWELL Dorothy Susan and family wish to sincerley thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and charitable donations received in their recent sad loss. Many thank to all staff on ward F5 St Luke's hospital and the "girls" at Sunshine Care for their kind care and attention to mum, to Rev. Stephen Gott for his words of comfort, and to all who gave their support to the family by attending the funeral service.
