MARSHALL David Ann and family sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, letters of condolence, beautiful flowers and support received at the loss of David. Thanks to Bradford Royal Infirmary for their wonderful care of David and to everyone who attended the funeral. Special thanks for donations received for Macmillan Cancer Support. A generous donation in David's memory will be sent to them.
