STAINTON Ian Passed away suddenly at home on February 15, aged 77 years. Much loved husband of the late Althea, loving dad of Neil and Andrew and a loved grandpa and father-in-law. Funeral service will take place at Nab Wood Crematorium on Friday, February 24 at 10.10 am. Friends please meet at Nab Wood. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given to Marie Curie for which a collection box will be available at the service. Any enquiries to Edwin Pounds. Tel. 01274 613155.

We were so sorry to read in the T & A about your Dad Ian, Neil & Andrew. I worked with your Mum Althea for many years at the Halifax & always kept in touch with your Dad especially at Christmas after Mum died. We are very sorry we cannot attend Dads Funeral as David is in hospital but please accept our sincere condolences & best wishes to you & your families.
