Woman taken to hospital after flat fire
A WOMAN was taken to hospital tonight after a flat fire in Keighley.
The woman, thought to be in her 50s, had inhaled some smoke when a grill pan burst into flames.
She was taken to Airedale General Hospital for precautionary checks following a fire at the property in North Queen Street just before 9pm.
Fire crews from Keighley and Bingley stations were called to the fire which was out on arrival.
A fire service spokesman said cooking left under a grill had caused the flat to become smoke logged.
