Armistice Day parade
THIS year’s Remembrance Day event in Rawdon will take place in the afternoon, rather than the morning, on November 9, so that a parade can take place. Anyone interested should assemble in the car park at the Emmott Arms by 2.40pm to parade down to the memorial for a service and wreath-laying at 3pm.
