POLICE recovered a large amount of cannabis, and drugs paraphernalia after a stop and search of a car in West Bowling, Bradford.
Officers made a routine stop of the vehicle in Newcross Street, on Wednesday, September 30, and made a search under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Two men, both aged 23 and from Bradford, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply, and have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Bradford East Ward Manager, PC Terry Griffiths, said: “We are aware of the drug issues being reported to us by local residents in the area and our officers are acting proactively to combat those issues and concerns.”
