A SUCCESSFUL fundraising night in Oxenhope in memory of two people from the village who died of cancer raised £1,625 for Sue Ryder Manorlands.
The event was held in Oxenhope Social Club. Trudy Tetley, who was one of the event’s organisers, said she was very pleased with the charity sum collected.
She explained the evening was in memory of her sister, Gillian Feather and former Oxenhope Cricket Club stalwart Howard Smith.
