BRADFORD Council has refused plans for a trio of three storey houses on a plot of land in Gilstead. Martin Vickers had submitted plans for the three houses on land next to 123 Gilstead Lane. Planning officers said the majority of the neighbouring houses were one or two storey properties with large gardens, adding that: "The proposed tightly packed, three storey dwellings would appear cramped and oppressive."
