There was a large emergency services presence at a major junction following a crash on Friday.
The incident took place along Otley Road, Shipley, shortly before 12pm.
The road was temporarily closed due to a road traffic collision and bus diversions were put in place.
The route has now reopened but it is understood to be partially blocked.
West Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and Yorkshire Ambulance Service, and Yorkshire Air Ambulance were at the scene.
One eye witness described the crash as "bad".
There was standstill traffic throughout the Otley Road area.
Bus diversions
First bus said its 622 and 626 services are being re-routed.
The 622 to Bradford is staying on Bradford Road and missing Shipley, First said.
For the 626, the bus company's spokesperson said: "To Bradford via Shipley Market Square, left Otley Road, left Kirkgate, left St Pauls Road, Bradford road."
