A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a street fight in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Police attended Silver Street, Halifax, after receiving reports about a fight outside a bar shortly after 5.45am.
A 23-year-old woman was taken to hospital and police investigations are continuing into the incident.
Silver Street was taped off by police yesterday, between the junctions with Commercial Street and Central Street.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Police are investigating after reports of a fight on Silver Street, Halifax, yesterday.
"Officers were called at 5.49am to reports of an ongoing fight outside a bar.
"A 23-year-old woman was taken to hospital as a result of the incident.
"Calderdale CID is carrying out enquiries.
"Anyone who witnessed the fight is asked to contact police via 101, quoting crime reference 13240104803."
