A PERSON was taken to hospital after a cyclist and car were involved in a crash on a busy road in the Bradford district.
Emergency services were called just after 10am this morning (Friday) to Bradford Road in Keighley to reports of a crash between a cyclist and a car in the roadworks area.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "We were called at 10.15am today to Bradford Road, Keighley, to reports of a vehicle and bicycle in collision."
A spokesperson for Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: "We received an emergency call at 10.11am on Friday morning to report a collision between a car and cyclist on Bradford Road, Keighley.
"An ambulance as dispatched to the scene and one patient was conveyed to Airedale Hospital."
Traffic alerts reported there was slow traffic due to the crash Bradford Road in the roadworks area from Wardman Street to Athol Street.
