POLICE have confirmed a cyclist was injured in a crash on a busy road in the Bradford district.
Emergency services were called to Bradford Road, Keighley, shortly after 10am yesterday after receiving reports of a collision involving a car and a cyclist in the roadworks area.
According to Yorkshire Ambulance Service, an ambulance was dispatched to the scene and a patient was taken to Airedale Hospital.
Police also attended the scene of the incident.
This morning, a West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said a cyclist had been injured in the collision.
The force spokesperson described the injury as "minor".
Traffic alerts reported there was slow traffic due to the crash on Bradford Road in the roadworks area from Wardman Street to Athol Street.
