LATEST NEWS: Snapchat sex order breach case against Mark Feely dropped
MARK Feely is to face trial for allegedly breaching a sex order by using an unknown Snapchat account.
Feely, 35, of no fixed abode, is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on October 7 accused of breaching a sexual risk order or risk of sexual harm order.
The 35-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence on August 10 at the same court and was remanded on bail until next month for the trial.
But Feely is set to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court for an application by West Yorkshire Police to vary the conditions of his bail.
The case relates to July 31 this year when it is alleged that in Hunslet, Leeds, Feely used a Snapchat account with a username that police were unaware of.
He was prohibited to do this by a risk of sexual harm order made two years ago by Birmingham Magistrates' Court on June 17, 2020.
