A SEX order breach case against Mark Feely has been dropped.
Feely, 35, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court on October 7 to face a charge of breaching a sexual risk order or risk of sexual harm order.
But the case against Feely has been dismissed by the court.
This was done on September 2, when the case was listed for an application by West Yorkshire Police to vary the conditions of the 35-year-old's bail.
Feely did not attend but while there, West Yorkshire Police offered no evidence and the court decided to drop the case.
The application to vary bail was also no longer required, after this outcome.
The case related to July 31 this year when it was alleged that in Hunslet, Leeds, Feely used a Snapchat account with a username that police were unaware of.
He was prohibited to do this by a risk of sexual harm order made two years ago by Birmingham Magistrates' Court on June 17, 2020.
