A BRADFORD man has been disqualified from driving for failing to comply with police.

Martin Osbourne, 36, of Sedgwick Close, was found guilty of not complying with a police request at Cardiff Magistrates' Court last Friday.

The offence was in relation to a request made in Treforest by, or on behalf of, the Chief Officer of Police for South Wales.

The request was for information from Hussain relating to the identification of the driver of a black BMW 4 Series, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Osbourne was banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay £811.

This included a £660 fine, a £66 surcharge to fund victim services and £85 in costs.

The total must be paid by September 16.
