A BRADFORD man has been ordered to pay more than £1,000 for failing to comply with police.
Kieran Hussain, 34, of Cragg Lane in Thornton, was found guilty of not complying with a police request at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court last Friday.
The offence was in relation to a request made in Greater Manchester by, or on behalf of, the Chief Officer of Police for Greater Manchester.
The request was for information from Hussain relating to the identification of the driver of a grey Mercedes C Class, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Hussain was given six points on his driving licence and ordered to pay £1,026.
This included a £660 fine, a £66 surcharge to fund victim services and £300 in costs.
