LATEST: Cyclist, 82, from Bradford taken to hospital after crash
Police have urged drivers to avoid routes towards Yeadon and Guiseley following a crash on a major route.
Emergency services have closed A65 New Road both ways from Kirk Lane to Westfield Avenue.
Traffic is continuing to build in the area, impacting Yeadon town centre and part of Green Lane in the direction of Leeds Bradford airport.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Emergency services are currently in attendance at a serious road traffic collision on the A65 New Road, Guiseley.
"Motorists are asked to avoid the area as road closures are in place at this time."
