AN 82-year-old cyclist from Bradford has been taken to hospital after a serious crash. 

The incident took place on the A65 New Road, in the Yeadon and Guiseley area, at about 10.50am on Friday, July 22. 

The collision, involving a blue Ford Fiesta and a pedal cycle, occurred just outside Morrisons petrol station.

The cyclist was left with serious injuries while the Fiesta driver was uninjured.
West Yorkshire Police has urged any witnesses or people with footage that may assist the investigation to come forward.
