"Anyone with information is asked to contact MCET on 101, or by using the 101LiveChat function on the West Yorkshire Police website, quoting log 0840 of May 12."

"People struggle to get out when they make a right turn out of Calverly Lane at the bottom.

A cyclist, who has lived in Horsforth all of his life, said: "I sometimes don't ride on the road with my bike because of all the accidents around here. I stay on the paths but you have to be mindful of walkers.
"It's so sad about the pedestrian. I've seen all the messages on Facebook."
