“One I thought I could make was the marble cake. I loved the jam roly-poly with custard.
“They’re all used to these cakes and desserts, but no-one knows how to make them.
“I loved the bakers. I liked all of them.
“I think the biscuit challenge was great, absolutely brilliant.
“You can go along and make them and raise money. Biscuits are a good thing to go off and for selling. You seem to get a lot for your money.
Better late than never. Congrats on the Hollywood Handshake, @EllieGoulding! 🤝 #GBBO pic.twitter.com/ypkWCrsLbv

“There was such a lot of hope in the story last night for Stand Up for Cancer. The girl featured had so much hope in recovery rather than it being someone passing away.
“It was very poignant to have a message of hope in there last night.
“The winner was Ellie Goulding. They all had something to offer in the end.
“I quite liked the challenges. Everybody had achieved something. Sophie was having a really good time.
“It’s been a great five weeks. That’s what’s needed, you can fundraise with fun.”
“A triumph!” says @PrueLeith. It’s @SophMorgTV’s ‘Portrait Of @KathyBurke’ Showstopper. #GBBO pic.twitter.com/lJmD8D95RA
