SEVERAL buses have resumed operation in the Holme Wood estate after vandalism forced their services to be cut short for most of today.
Three services, that normally run through the heart of Holme Wood, were cut short for most of today.
First West Yorkshire announced on Twitter this morning that the 608, 617 and 618 buses would not serve the Holme Wood estate due to vandalism.
The 617 and 618 services terminated at Dudley Hill roundabout and the 608 ended at Broadstone Way/Lymington Drive instead.
It was the latest in a string of vandalism incidents involving buses within a similar area.
But more than five hours later (at 4.57pm), First West Yorkshire said all services had resumed normal operation around Holme Wood.

All services have resumed normal operation around Holmewood.
A councillor hit out at the "yobs" attacking the buses and feels parents must take responsibility for their "little brats".
