ALL parties involved in an incident earlier this week where a woman was seen being pushed into a car are "safe and well", West Yorkshire Police has said.
On Tuesday evening, a woman who police said was believed to be in "distress" was pushed into a Range Rover on Leeds and Bradford Road in Bramley, Leeds.
After carrying out "extensive enquiries", police located the vehicle and spoke to the woman involved, saying tonight that "all parties are safe and well" and that "no offences have taken place."
Detective Inspector Richard Coulton of Leeds CID, said: “Following our appeal, we would like to thank members of the public who provided information to us.
"We can confirm we have spoken to all parties and are satisfied that all members of the public are safe and well and this is not a criminal matter.”
