AN empty plot of land that has planning permission for a housing development, will go under the hammer in an online auction this month.
Bradford Council has granted planning permission for 12 homes to be built on the land at Crimshaw Lane in Bolton Woods, with Cityspace Homes being the most recent developer for the site.
Although full planning permission for the site was granted almost a year ago, work has only started on three of the houses, and the rest of the site remains vacant.

Now the site has been listed as a lot in an online auction by Pugh Auctioneers, which ends on April 23.
The site has a guide price of £365,000.
