Bingley Bees Seconds were punished for not taking their chances against Halifax Thirds as they slipped to their first defeat of the season.
The Bees missed absent striker Cath Gallimore as, despite a strong opening and high workrate, they lost 2-0.
Halifax were able to exploit a tiring Bingley side during the second half, with a lack of substitutes not helping their cause.
Becky Tathum was named player of the match after receiving nearly two thirds of the votes.
