BRADFORD Hockey Club are seeking former players and associates to help them celebrate their 125-year anniversary.
The club, who have been in continuous existence since forming in 1894, are holding a special dinner at Cedar Court Hotel on Saturday, May 11.
And before the event they are looking to stage past versus present matches including men and women.
According to their website, Bradford Hockey Club has three men's teams and one women's team.
They merged with Netherwood Ladies five seasons ago to provide a much-needed female team, having previously had a long association with Bradford Ladies Hockey Club before their move to Wakefield.
Anyone associated with these clubs is invited to join the celebrations.
In October 2005, Bradford were the first hockey club in West Yorkshire to achieve ClubsFirst accreditation from England Hockey, and have worked hard to maintain this standard, with the latest accreditation being granted in April 2016.
The club are producing a celebration programme for the dinner, which will also incorporate their annual award presentation, featuring a history of the club including old photographs.
