Ryan Trueman
Ryan Trueman came third in his first ever body building competition at the IBFA British Championships in Northumberland.
Trueman, who trains at Jimmy’s Health and Fitness Centre in Greengates, was competing in the novice category and even came above some professionals.
His achievement comes after a strict training and diet regime over the last two years. The 26-year-old is hoping to get a sponsorship deal.
