LISTERHILLS AA: The latest match on the Aire & Calder Navigation at Beaver's Bridge was fished in terrible conditions. There were joint winners in E Harrison and R Scholefield (GT Angling), each landing 3lb 6oz of roach and perch. The next members' match is at Pilley's Dam on December 2. AS Hague has been made a life member of the association. There will be no increase in members' subscriptions for next year.

WASHBURN VALLEY: The heaviest fish caught this week was a 3lb 4oz rainbow trout by Matt Bloomer using Black Fritz. Fewston and Swinsty: Wintry weather is restricting anglers to just a few hours at a time, except on those nice sunny days when buzzers can be seen hatching from the surface closely followed by feeding fish.

BRADFORD CITY AA: The next match is on Sunday on the River Ure at Boroughbridge. Tickets are £10 all in and are available from the match secretary (07706-573115). Meet at the Anchor Inn for an 8.30am draw.

BRADFORD No 1 AA: There will be a working party at Raskelf on Sunday, meeting 10.30am at the lakeside. Tickets are on sale for our next open match at Cowthorpe on December 9.
