City of Bradford Swimming Club development squad members, who train with the Bradford Aquatics Competition Programme, won medals and set a host of personal-best times in the Rotherham Metro A/B Grade Long Course Meet at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.

 In the girls' 13 years' age group, Jovana Lugonja and Azura Cairns-Poole took the limelight.

Lugonja won a hat-trick of freestyle events - the 50 metres, 100m and 200m, while Cairns-Poole took the 100m and 200m butterfly.

Not content with their victories, Lugonja also claimed a silver and two bronzes and Cairns-Poole three bronzes.

Mille Foulds and Lucy Ward completed the girls' gold-medal-winning performances with wins in the 50m backstroke in their respective age groups.

Ward also claimed bronze medals in the 100m and 200m backstroke.

In the boys' events, 14-year-old Giani Vienza looked impressive in lifting the 100m breaststroke title and also finished third in the 50m event.

Other medallists were Dalton Clapham (4), Abigail Shuttleworth (3), James Lund (2), Francesca Woodman (2), Cameron Walker (2) and Neve Godfrey-Clark, Megan Lee, Hannah Beaumont, Jasmine Hanson, Jordan Tate, Josh Holdsworth and Aidan Sheldon who all won one medal.
