Bulls have announced the signing of outside back Cameron Scott on a two-year deal from the start of the 2027 season.
The 26-year-old is a product of the club’s famed Elite Academy, having come through the pathway system before making his Super League debut for Hull FC as a teenager.
After six years at the Airlie Birds, the former Wyke ARLFC junior made the move to high-flying Wakefield Trinity, playing a key role in their play-off finish in 2025.
Scott joins Sam Eseh as a new face in Kurt Haggerty’s squad for next year, with Joe Mellor, Caleb Aekins and former team-mate Connor Wynne all committing their futures to the Bulls for 2027.
Scott said: “I’m really excited to be coming back to the club.
“It’s the place I started my professional journey and to come back at a time where the club is heading in an upwards direction, with my best playing years in front of me, is an opportunity I’m really looking forward to.
“It’s always been a dream to represent my hometown club having stood on the terraces as a young lad.
“Seeing where the club has come from to where it is now having left at a low point myself, shows the character of the place.
“On top of that, I’ve known Kurt since I first came up through the system at Bradford.
“Having conversations with him and hearing his vision for the club and the playing group was something that matched up with what I was looking for in the next steps of my career.
“There’s still plenty more improvement in me, I’m far from the finished article.
“But over the last few years I’ve been working hard on specific areas of my game and they have now become some of my strengths.
“With Kurt’s coaching style and the direction the club is heading in, I feel like being back at Bradford will really get the best out of me.”

Bulls head coach Haggerty said: “Cam is a fantastic Super League player who has got a lot of experience even though he’s only a young man.
“He’s multi-skilled, he can play in the centre and the back row and he’s a Bradford boy.
“He jumped at the opportunity to come back and play for Bradford, especially at Super League level, so I am really happy we’ve got him over the line.
“We’re starting to get a core of Bradford-born players now with the likes of Ethan Ryan, Rowan Milnes and now Cam Scott.
“It is really important to have that and it feeds the DNA throughout the group.
“We’re all very passionate to work and play for Bradford Bulls so it only helps in big moments and big games when you’ve got a core of local players.
“It gives you that extra little bit in big moments.
“Knowing what this level looks like in its good times and bad times and being consistent at this level is what makes a good Super League player, so Cam fits the bill in all those areas.
“When I have met him privately I have seen he is a fantastic young man, he’s extremely polite, humble and he’s going to fit perfectly into our environment.
“I’d also like to thank everyone involved with the Bradford Bulls Squad Booster Association, as we step up our preparations for 2027, because the increasing support from all involved really does help make a difference.”
Bradford Bulls CEO Jason Hirst echoed those sentiments, saying: “On behalf of our club, I’d like to give a heartfelt thank you to all members of the Bradford Bulls Squad Booster Association.
“Your support, contrary to popular opinion, is needed more, not less, than ever, now that we’re back in the top tier.
“Your loyal backing will continue to play a valuable part in our 2027 recruitment, as we look to return to the upper echelons of Betfred Super League.”
