IN an exclusive interview with Love Rugby League’s Ross Heppenstall, former Bradford Bulls star Glenn Morrison has revealed a lineup of the best 13 players that he played with during his career.
The former back-rower starred alongside some of the greatest players of the modern era during an extremely successful 16-year career.
After representing several Australian sides, in 2007, Morrison made his move to England with the Bradford Bulls and spent three seasons with the Odsal outfit.
That same year, he made the Super League Dream Team, and a year later, in 2008, Morrison made 733 tackles, the sixth highest in the entire competition.
It’s no surprise that as many as six Bulls players made his ‘Ultimate Team’, with Bulls having an array of talent within their squad during Morrison’s three-year spell at Odsal.
The Bradford players included in Morrison's selection were Shontayne Hape, Lesley Vainikolo, Joe Vagana, Terry Newton, Steve Menzies and Sam Burgess.
Other names included were Tim Brasher (Balmain Tigers, North Queensland Cowboys), Matt Bowen (North Queensland Cowboys), Timana Tahu (New South Wales Country Origin, Parramatta Eels), Ellery Hanley (Balmain Tigers), Andrew Johns (New South Wales Country Origin), Paul Harragon (New South Wales Country) and Paul Sironen (Balmain Tigers).
