CITY winger Adam Wilson has helped achieve a piece of European history for his Welsh club.
The New Saints have become the first team from the League of Wales to make it to the group stages of the UEFA Conference League.
Last night’s goalless draw at home to FK Panevezys from Lithuania saw them through 3-0 on aggregate in the qualifier.
Wilson, who re-joined his former club on a season-long loan last week, started the game at Park Hall and played 76 minutes.
TNS could potentially draw Chelsea in today’s draw, which takes place in Monaco from 1.30pm.
