BRADFORD Bulls Women were beaten 32-8 at Hull KR, but there was at least something to smile about for one player.
Mia Smith came off the interchange bench to score both of Bulls’ tries in this defeat in East Yorkshire, her first in the league this season.
The defeat means Bradford remain second-bottom of the Northern Women's Championship, with just two wins from their opening seven games.
Connor Matheson's side are only above rock-bottom Castleford, who have no points so far.
Bulls’ next game is a tough one, as they host unbeaten league leaders Leigh Leopards on Sunday, June 2.
