CITY have announced a price rise for 2024/2025 season tickets.

Adults will pay £249 for next term – an increase of £50 to meet the club’s rising overheads.

It is still the second cheapest in the EFL – only Morecambe fans currently pay less and that is for a standing season ticket on the terrace.

Tickets will go on sale from midday on Monday with the early-bird offer running until 11.59pm on Friday, April 26.

Senior (65 plus) and young person (17-23) will cost £219 with a youth (12-16) paying £159. The early-bird rate for a junior (under-11) is £19 – the equivalent of 82p a game.

The new adult cost equates to less than £11 per home match if purchased before the deadline.

Prices will rise to £349 (adult), £306 (senior and young person), £222 (youth) and £35 (junior) from April 27 – the day of the final game of the season against Newport at Valley Parade.

City said the decision to raise prices follows an increase of more than 30 per cent in their fixed overhead bills, including utilities, rents, and national minimum wage, over the past three years.

Fans will again be able to pay for their season ticket over 12 months through the club’s interest-free direct-debit plan.

Prices for suite upgrades will remain frozen, with full details to be confirmed on Monday when season tickets go on sale.
