BULLS have escaped any harsh punishment from their win at Swinton Lions, which will come as a relief given both Jayden Myers and George Flanagan Sr were both charged with offences.
Young centre Myers was cited for Grade C Dangerous Contact, and will sit out the York game after being handed a one-game ban.
Keighley’s Dan Parker was penalised for the same offence, but his was deemed to be worthy of a two-game ban.
Veteran hooker Flanagan Sr has been charged with Grade B Other Contrary Behaviour for late contact on the Swinton kicker, and while he has not received a suspension, he has been handed a £125 fine.
