BRADFORD City are doing one of their neighbours a favour, by loaning them one of their brightest young talents.

Northern Premier League Premier Division side Guiseley have been struggling for form lately, and could do with a boost to revive their flagging play-off hopes.

They will hope that has come in the form of Harvey Rowe, a right-sided full-back or midfielder, who has joined the Lions on loan until the end of the season.

The teenager signed his first professional contract with the Bantams in June 2021, and later that year, was called up by Ireland's Under-19s for a training camp in Dublin.

Still only 19, City will see this move as an important step in the development of Rowe's fledgling professional career.

When announcing the news of the signing, Guiseley confirmed that Rowe was due to join them in the summer, but that an injury has delayed his arrival at Nethermoor.
