BRADFORD City's win against Gillingham on Tuesday night took them up to 30 away points in League Two this season.

And one more victory could put them top of the tree in the top four tiers.

Only four sides in 'The 92' have earned more points on the road this season, with Championship leaders Burnley racking up the most with 32.

Arsenal, Luton and Sheffield Wednesday are sat on 31, while City are joined by Ipswich and Northampton on 30.

The Bantams now have nine away wins in League Two, more than any other side in the division, but their six home wins is the lowest total in the top half.

Someone else enjoying life on the road this term is City striker Andy Cook.

His sensational individual effort at Gillingham took him to 12 away league goals this season, more than any other player in the top four tiers.

The Bantams are on home soil this Saturday against Colchester, where they will be looking to improve their patchy home record against a side who sit in the bottom six.

But both City and Cook do not have long to wait to try and add to their impressive away totals.

The Bantams are back on the road next Tuesday, looking for three points at Walsall, in a game that was due to be played at the end of January.

It had to be rearranged after the Saddlers went on a fine run to the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Instead of facing City on January 28 as initially scheduled, they instead took on Premier League side Leicester, bowing out of the cup with a battling 1-0 defeat.
