FIACRE Kelleher has left City to join Colchester for an undisclosed fee.
The Irish defender was recalled from a loan spell at Solihull Moors yesterday to complete a permanent move to the League Two club. He has signed on a two-and-a-half year deal.
Kelleher, who was signed by Derek Adams in the summer of 2021, made just 11 appearances for the Bantams - including Colchester away last season when they were beaten 3-0.
After a full pre-season at City, he was loaned to Solihull in the National League and played 20 games.
He could be back at Valley Parade on March 4 when Colchester make the trip to West Yorkshire.
