CITY could be missing Dion Pereira and Romoney Crichlow for Saturday’s home clash with Stevenage.

Both suffered in Tuesday’s win at Tranmere and Mark Hughes admitted they might be struggling for the weekend.

The City boss said this afternoon: “Dion had a knock on his ankle from a late tackle. It’s flared up a little bit, unfortunately, so we’ll have to check up on him.

“Romoney as well got a real bang on his hip and that’s why he had to come off. We’ll have to see how that progresses the next couple of days.

“Apart from those two I think everybody else came through.”

Liam Ridehalgh is still recovering from a groin strain but Hughes hopes the defender will be back in contention for the Wimbledon game next weekend.

“He’s progressing, he’s likely to be still out,” he added. “It’s probably going to be 10 days from the initial injury.

“Hopefully we can get him available for next week.”
