CITY will host Derby County in a pre-season friendly at Valley Parade on Saturday, July 9.

This announcement follows confirmation of the remainder of the Bantams’ pre-season schedule earlier this month, and will see action in BD8 get underway from 3pm.

Wayne Rooney’s Rams will visit West Yorkshire the day after Mark Hughes' men return from their six-day warm-weather training camp in Murcia on Friday, July 8, having opened their campaign away at Bradford (Park Avenue) on Friday, July 1.

Tickets for the clash, and for the Bantams’ friendly at home to Sunderland on Tuesday, July 19 (7pm), will both be placed on sale to home supporters at 9am this Friday (June 24).

Admission will be available for City fans in the lower tiers of both The Kop and The JCT600 Family Stand, and can be purchased online via the club’s official ticketing website, and from the all-new non-matchday Valley Parade Ticket Office.

Both of these fixtures will be strictly all-ticket encounters.

Each supporter who purchases a ticket for either of these home friendly fixtures will receive 10 loyalty points, which will be added to their online balance.

Admission prices for both fixtures will be as follows:

Adult (24-64): £10

Senior (65+): £8

Young Person (17-23): £8

Youth (12-16): £5

Junior (11-): £2
