AN England football legend will look back at his life and career at a show held at the home of Bradford City.
Paul Gascoigne will stage ‘An Evening With Gazza’ at Valley Parade on Thursday, October 6.
The evening will kick off at 7pm, where guests, having been welcomed into The McCall Suite and The Hendrie Suite from 6.30pm, will spend time listening to Gazza’s many tales from across a 20-year professional playing career.
A cult hero in English football, the Gateshead-born football star began his career in 1984, having graduated from the academy at his boyhood club, Newcastle United.
He then moved onto Tottenham Hotspur for £2.2 million in 1988, playing under Terry Venables, who also managed him during his years as an England player.
Gascoigne then enjoyed a spell in Rome playing for Serie A side Lazio after he recovered from a serious knee injury sustained in the 1991 FA Cup Final when Spurs beat Nottingham Forest at Wembley Stadium.
After he returned from Italy he moved to Glasgow Rangers in 1995, where he won a series of trophies under legendary manager Walter Smith.
A move back to England followed in 1998 when he joined Bryan Robson’s Middlesbrough. This was before a spell in Merseyside when he linked up with Smith again at Everton for a two-year spell from 2000.

He is probably most known for his international exploits, as he won 57 caps and scored 10 goals for England.
He was taken to the nation’s hearts when he cried on the pitch during England’s semi-final defeat to Germany at Italia ’90.
Gascoigne, now 55, further became a national hero during the 1996 European Championships, played in England. One of the highlights for Gazza’s tournament was a remarkable volley goal he scored at Wembley in the group game against a Scotland side, which included Bantams legend Stuart McCall.
Gascoigne even tried his hand at management with a brief spell at non-league Kettering Town in 2005. He also played for Burnley and Boston United during the latter stages of his playing career.
A total of five different packages are available for the event, starting at as little as just £30, with a two-course meal, VIP bar, bespoke photograph with the man himself and more available at increased prices.
The dress code for the event is smart casual.
