BRADFORD City fans have been urged to welcome their new manager in style with a scarf parade at tomorrow's match.

Mark Hughes is set to take to the dugout as Bantams boss tomorrow when City host Mansfield Town at Valley Parade in League 2, after he was appointed yesterday.

Fans have taken to social media to call on fellow supporters attending the game to hold their City scarves aloft just before kick-off to welcome Hughes.

The unofficial scarf parade was used by the Bantams during their 2015 FA Cup run.

Bantams fans held their claret and amber scarves in unison before kick-off in their first quarter-final ties with Reading to create an everlasting and colourful scene.

Now, seven years later, fans have been asked to recreate the same scene to welcome former Manchester City and Wales manager Hughes.
