BRADFORD City Women will be playing their Leeds United counterparts tonight after all, but the game will be at Thorp Arch, rather than at Tadcaster Albion.
Leeds' women use Albion's ground as their home venue, but the club, and the town, have been hit hard by the awful weather over the last week or so.
That meant that, by Monday morning, Tadcaster's ground was underwater.
Not a good morning @TadcasterAlbion

We will await the water to go down and see the damage!! pic.twitter.com/np2y2uherY
And while things are slowly improving, with the club announcing last night that the pitch was now "50 per cent water free", it is certainly not in any fit state to host a football game just yet.
Thankfully for City and Leeds, the latter club's famed training ground, Thorp Arch, is available, so the two teams will duke it out in an FA Women's National League Division One North clash there tonight.
The match kicks off at 7:45pm, but there are no spectators allowed at the game due to strict Covid restrictions that will still be in place, with only players and staff allowed on the site.
