BRADFORD City finally got that home winning feeling again in an eventful clash with Salford City at Valley Parade yesterday.
The Bantams grabbed their first home triumph since October with a comeback 2-1 win over 10-man Ammies.
A Ryan Watson own goal and an 85th-minute winner from Paudie O’Connor, who lost a tooth in a tussle during the match, made sure it was a losing return for former Bantams boss Gary Bowyer.
Here are a few views from Bantams fans on social media including a lot of love for new signing Jamie Walker.
Dont want to be mr negative but would we have even come close to winning that game without the red card #bcafc

Great to get the win today., it’s been too long since the last home win.

It could have been a different story, Salford missed two great chances either side of their goal. Amazing how a game changes over 90mins. #bcafc
Very impressed with the debut of Jamie Walker, who looks like he could prove to be the catalyst to #bcafc’s season!

Long way to go, but today was a small step in the right direction and as Derek Adams is often quoted as saying “let’s see where we are after 46 games” https://t.co/X13BINoNZf

This is Bradford City defender Paulie O'Conner. Just before half time today a Salford player elbowed his front tooth out. In the 85th minute the same Paulie O'Conner headed the winning goal to make it 2 1 to #bcafc. This is what we mean by 'The spirit of Bradford City.' pic.twitter.com/oxMc1KwwRX
