BRADFORD Bulls head coach John Kear has welcomed a key young star back into his 21-man squad for the final game of the regular Championship season, against in-form Whitehaven at Odsal.
Talented forward Ebon Scurr, who can play at prop or in the second row, returns to the squad after his foot injury, with Eldon Myers also named after an impressive debut last weekend.
Jack Sanderson and Adam Rooks return to the fold after missing the last couple of games due to Covid isolation protocols.
Masi Matongo is still absent for the same reason, while Brandon Pickersgill has not yet recovered from the severe back spasm he suffered in the defeat to Toulouse a fortnight ago.
Danny Brough, Ant Walker and Aaron Murphy have all been struggling with knocks of late, but the trio featured at Widnes last weekend, and are set to be in the 17-man matchday squad once again.
Finally, Elliot Kear is in line for his first appearance at Odsal since 2014, having made his second debut for the club last Sunday.
