FORMER Bantams loanee Bryce Hosannah has joined Phil Parkinson's Wrexham on a permanent deal.

At the end of last season, Hosannah, who made 11 appearances in an injury-hit campaign, was linked with a return to Valley Parade for a second loan spell.

However, when Derek Adams arrived that talk vanished - and the Leeds right back has now been snapped up by the Vanarama National League outfit.

On joining Wrexham, Hosannah told the official website: “It’s clear to everyone that knows about the Club that there is a project going on and the club’s ambition moving forward was something that really attracted me.

“I’ve had a number of conversations with the manager and the way he wants to play and the role he sees me having in the team is something that will work really well. I’m excited now to prove it on the pitch.

“The move happened quite quickly, but now I’m excited to get my first training session done and get going.”

Parkinson added: “I am delighted to welcome Bryce to the club. He’s a good addition to the squad.

“He’s a young player with pace and energy and we’re looking forward to working with him this season.”
